Aileen has been teaching aqua fitness for the over 50’s for nearly 20 years. Due to her years of experience with aqua fitness she is able to help you to relax and enjoy our classes.

Aileen is so popular that she has developed a loyal following and many of her students have become regulars who return to her class each term. However newbies and beginners are made welcome too.

Aileen loves being there with the men and ladies who attend each week to enjoy a very social exercise class. They jokingly call the classes “aqua chat”. However although the students have a wonderful time chatting with the other participants, everyone still leaves feeling very satisfied that they have done some beneficial exercise and had some fun!

Paul Sinclair is an IT and finance professional with 30 years experience and almost 20 years at the Parramatta College as a trainer/assessor for course which includes MS office, excel and MYOB, accounts payable and receivable. In addition to a full time job Paul has built and runs a web based software system for small manufacturing businesses to streamline their production and sales processes.
