Maria is a local businesswoman who is committed into ‘tapping into’ an individual’s potential. Her level of commitment has been recognized in Business Awards. She was a Finalist in the 2013 and 2012 Australian Small Business Champion Awards. Maria was awarded a Highly Commended Award in the 2012 Western Sydney Awards for Business Excellence and was a Finalist in two categories in the 2013 Awards.

With extensive experience most recently as a Producer, Event Producer, General Manager and Arts Administrator, Simone has worked across all facets of live performance and event management for almost 20 years.

Simone develops course curriculum to train and lecture in Entertainment Business and Event Management. She has a Bachelor of Creative Arts in Theatre from The University of Wollongong, a Masters in Management – Arts Management and a Masters in Adult Education from The University of Technology, Sydney.

Toni Payne is a NLP Master Practitioner, who holds several qualifications including the Cert. IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, the Graduate Certificate in TESOL, and the Cert. Yoga Teaching.

Toni Payne has taught in many different contexts over a number of years. She started by teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages in Sydney, Tokyo and Auckland. She has also been teaching yoga in gyms, corporate settings and yoga studios for over nine years.

She has been running NLP-based workshops on a range of topics since 2004. The themes of her workshops include: weight loss, communication skills, self-esteem, dealing with difficult people, stress management and relaxation, stopping procrastination, and anger management.

Toni loves helping people to change their thinking and behaviour, and finds that with the highly effective NLP techniques, the results can be amazing.
