Your tutor is a Fitness expert. Bill has taught a range of fitness course for our college. Additionally he is Tai Chi Master as well as having over 40 years of martial arts and self-defence teaching and experience. Within that time he has taught a large variety of people in a variety of settings, ranging from nursing home’s to teaching self-defence to security company personnel to elderly people in nursing homes. Therefore he can adjust his level to suit the abilities of the student.
